Tracking the Recipe is a four part, hands-on study to help refine the 10-series work, as well as develop additional tools. As a student, you may have experienced that the basic trainings go by so quickly and so many different things have to be balanced and juggled that certain aspects of the work may be confusing and need further clarification and practice. You may have grasped certain sessions, yet feel blinded about other ones. There are also details involved in each session that you may not remember, capture, or understand. This will be the focus of the study sessions. Topics include:

• Communicating and bringing awareness to the Rolf Line
• Tracking/movement awareness
• Back work
• Touching the appropriate layer
• Body mechanics of the practitioner

-To confirm enrollment in a class, a $300 deposit must be remitted to the Guild. Full tuition (minus the deposit) is due two weeks prior to beginning class dates.
